Wow, reflecting back this year, it is insane how much my life has changed. Through out the years, I have had times where no matter what I did, or how hard I worked, I felt like I was spinning my wheels, and then I have had years (like this) where I was able to level up really easily, (despite massive chaos).
The key difference in those times where I was able to accomplish what I wanted, wasn’t so much about how hard I worked, but more in how I laid the foundation for getting what I wanted. It’s why you’re supposed to warm up before you workout, or why you put primer on before you’re makeup. Knowing how to lay a stable foundation is an underrated hack to seriously leveling up your life.
